Good morning to all of our followers. It's snowing across much of western Montana this morning. Keep it coming! Unfortunately our precipitation forecast is much below normal for the entire 1-10 day period and our water supply forecast for the April-July period is now down to only 68% of normal, as you can see in the graphics below. Rivers are starting to slowly rise in western Montana and our snowpack is beginning to ripen. Flathead Lake elevation is rising. Anticipate Flathead Lake being in the 2888'-2892' range at the end of May. Anticipate Flathead Lake being in the top foot sometime in the middle of June. Have a wonderful day and enjoy the snow! ...
